CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: We understand that sometimes life happens, but in order to respect our time and ensure we provide excellent service to all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy. Please note that it is at the hairstylist's discretion to enforce the following charges:     •    Cancellations within 24 hours: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 25% charge of the total service fee.     •    No-shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the half price (50%) of the scheduled service.     •    Repeated No-shows: Continued no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future appointments.
